Kindler syndrome (kindlin-1) shows a mixed/variable split, EB with muscular dystrophy (plectin) splits within the basal keratinocyte, dystrophic EB (collagen VII) below the lamina densa, and Ehlers-Danlos syndrome is not a blistering disease at all.
