The question asks which is NOT a contraindication. Medulloblastoma, like most non-haematological malignancies, does not preclude corneal donation, because the cornea is avascular and such tumours are not transmitted by the graft. Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease is an absolute contraindication, and donors with Alzheimer disease, Parkinson disease and other progressive neurodegenerative disorders of uncertain aetiology are excluded under eye bank criteria because of the theoretical risk of transmitting an unrecognised prion or infectious agent.
